Two person has died of police fire in different parts of Birgunj on Tuesday afternoon. Over seven persons were injured, one of them critically.
Dharmaraj Singh, 21, died on the spot after receiving bullet in the head when police opened fire in the clash that ensued with the demonstrators in Radhemai Tole of Birgunj.

Likewise, Dinanath Sah, 26, a permanent resident of Bara, died when police fired during clash in Naguwa Chowck of Birgunj. A person called Bhola was critically injured and is undergoing treatment at the National Medical College.
Prajwal Tiwari from Radhemai Tole and Upendra Yadav from Maniyari, who sustained injuries in Radhemai Tole were first taken to Narayani Sub-region Hospital, which referred them to Kathmandu for further treatment.
